The Theoi want your oikos, your home.
They do not care about your conference. They do not care about your organization. They do not care about your festival.
The Gods want your household worship.
They do not care about your blog. They do not care about your Facebook page.
The Theoi want you to get your house in order. They want you to make regular offerings and engage regularly in prayer.
The Gods do not care about Paganism or Polytheism. The work you do on behalf of the concept of Pagan or Polytheist identity doesn’t interest them.
The Gods want your home altar in regular use, and your household devotions maintained.
They do not care about your traffic, likes, shares, comments, vindication, or outrage.
The Gods want your home as a sanctuary in which they can be in relationship with you. Not a closet, not a shelf, not a corner, but your home.
They don’t care about environmentalism. They don’t care about your right to bear arms. They don’t care who you vote for or your race or your sexuality. They don’t care if you speak Greek or stand on the soil of Hellas.
The Gods want your household worship.
